At New Britain, CT, freshman quarterback Aubrey Norris rushed for a career-high 141 yards and a touchdown and passed for 158 yards as CCSU defeated Monmouth, 15-13. On Monmouth's final drive of the game, Anthony Wilson halted the Hawks with a game-ending interception on CCSU's 15-yard line, preserving the win. At Fairfield, CT, Sacred Heart tailback Ed Pricolo ran for 232 yards and a school-record five touchdowns, while quarterback Tyler Arciaga threw for 284 yards and three scores to help the Pioneers outlast visiting St. Francis (PA), 53-45. The two teams combined for an amazing 1,086 total yards. St. Francis (PA) quarterback Anthony Doria threw for 494 yards and four scores, including 294 yards and three TDs to wideout Michael Caputo. On Staten Island, running back Omar Johnson rushed for a career-high 121 yards and three touchdowns, as Albany thumped Wagner, 38-10. Starting UA tailback Marcus Allen finished with 97 yards on 15 carries. The Great Dane defense held Wagner to minus-three yards rushing for the game. At Moon Township, PA, Josh Dudash hit Joe Tarasiewicz on a 12-yard fade pass in the corner of the end zone with 6:02 remaining to lift Stony Brook to a thrilling, 38-37 win over Robert Morris.
