Digital SID Instructions
The Northeast Conference has established an account with DigitalSID.com's Conference Media Center and the next step is for your office to upload the necessary documents to our server.
1. Go to http://www.digitalsid.com/mediacenter/home.htm
2. Follow the Upload instructions on that page.
Enter your username and password.
Every folder contains a "file not yet available" placeholder document. You will simply be replacing these documents with your real documents by naming them EXACTLY the same. Follow the File Naming Grid located on the site or note the names of the placeholder documents to help you name your files correctly before uploading. Filenames are case sensitive so ".jpg" is not the same as ".JPG"
When finished, the Word rosters for all of your sports will be in the "word" folder, the Quick Facts for all of your sports will be in the "facts" folder, etc. Because of this, it's very important the naming convention is followed. Files named incorrectly will not be available for download.
Once your documents are uploaded, you can direct anyone (other SIDs, media, etc.) who needs them to: http://www.digitalsid.com/mediacenter/home.htm
No login is needed to download files from the Conference Media Center.
