It was another week of top finishes for the league's harriers as NEC Athlete of the Week Sam Alexander ran to a third place finish at the New England Championships. On the women’s side Quinnipiac’s Rebecca White earns her second consecutive NEC Athlete of the Week honor for her eighth place finish at the same race. Both runners earned All-New England honors for their respective performances. Freshman speedster Spencer Mannion of Quinnipiac notches his third NEC Rookie of the Week nod after crossing the finish line in 26:08 at New Englands  where he paced the Bobcats for the fourth time this fall.  Robert Morris’ Michelle Schiewe grabs her second NEC Rookie of the Week honor on the women’s side following her fifth place finish at the Slippery Rock Invitational 6K. Schiewe has paced the Colonials in all three of RMU's races this fall.
