Saint Francis (PA)'s Tesa McKibben
Tesa McKibben of Saint Francis (PA) earns another NEC Women's Soccer Player of the Week for her domination on offense this past weekend for the Red Flash. McKibben had a repeat of last week's performance, scoring a goal and adding two assists in a 3-0 against Bryant, and then scoring the only goal in double overtime in a 1-0 win against Sacred Heart. Her teammate Saint Francis (PA)'s Brianna Butcher is one of the NEC Defensive Co-Players of the Week after recording two shutouts and stopping 14 shots in the Sacred Heart game. Monmouth's Jocelyn McCoy joins her for the award. McCoy also posted two shutouts, for her fourth straight this season and fifth in six games. The Hawks defeated Quinnipiac and Robert Morris. Fairleigh Dickinson's Rachel Hoekstra the NEC Rookie of the Week for the second time, for her tremendous performance on offense for the Knights. Hoekstra scored both goals in a win again Robert Morris, and the lone goal in a 2-1 loss to Mount St. Mary's.
