Smithfield, RI -- The nation's leading rusher as a junior and one of the most exciting running backs in the country, Bryant University's Jordan Brown (Glastonbury, Conn.) has been named a Second Team Preseason All-American by The Sports Network, released on Monday.
It is the second preseason All-American honor for Brown after being named a First Team Preseason All-American by Beyond Sports Network two weeks ago. Brown is just one of two players from the Northeast Conference to earn All-American honors from The Sports Network.
Brown returns to Smithfield after rushing for 1,815 yards and 19 touchdowns and earning Third Team All-American honors from The Sports Network.
