The Bryant men took on a pair of ranked opponents last week, and Zachary Morris (Garden City, NY/Garden City) was up to the challenge. He posted a 1-1 singles record and 2-0 doubles mark against #65 Buffalo and #31 Harvard to win NEC Player of the Week honors. Freshman Marine Dans (Waterloo, Belgium/Institu de Mot Couvreur) of LIU Brooklyn is off to a 6-1 start in singles play in her career and last week won four straight singles matches, including a straight set victory in the Blackbirds' 4-3 win over Bryant. She was tabbed NEC Player and Rookie of the Week.
