McClure led the Blue Devils to a third place tie at the URI Northeast Invitational, carding a two-round total of 143. The Orangeville, Ontario native finished second in the field of 59, posting a one-under par 70 in the opening round before finishing with a two-over par 73 in the second. McClure’s 70 in the first round was one of just four under-par rounds shot in the tournament. The senior, whose six birdies tied for second, led the field in par five scoring (-2) and was third in par four scoring (+1). |
