Central Connecticut State begins the fall season at the Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 17-18 ... Long Island tees off on Sept. 24-25 at the Princeton Invitational ... Monmouth begins the 2005-06 season at the Western Carolina Invitational on Oct. 1-2 ... Mount St. Mary’s Molly Gorman (Forty Fort, PA) finished 14th to lead the Mount St. Mary's women's golf team at the Kutztown Fall Invitational on Thursday. The Mount placed fourth with a score of 352. Gorman posted a round of 87 to finish tied for 14th place in her collegiate debut. Senior Shannon Prettyman (Milton, DE) and freshman Katie Letsch (Blue Point, NY), who also played in her first collegiate event, ended one stroke behind Gorman in 16th place after shooting an 88. Junior Georgina Gross (Baltimore, MD) (18th place, 89) and junior Kelly Leonard (South Beach, NY) (20th place, 90) rounded out the Mount's five competitors. The Mountaineer's score of 352 marked the best total in five appearances at a Kutztown Invitational. Last season, the squad posted a score of 365 in the Kutztown Fall Invitational on Sept. 9, 2004 and again at the Kutztown Spring Invitational on Mar. 22, 2005. Mount St. Mary's returns to action at the Lehigh Invitational on Sept. 16 in Bethlehem, PA ... Robert Morris concludes its play at the Youngstown State Invitaitonal on Sept. 13 ... Sacred Heart begins 2005-06 at the Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 17-18 ... St. Francis (PA) concludes its play at the Youngstown Invitational on Sept. 13 ... Wagner begins the new fall season at the Princeton Invitational on Sept. 24-25.
