The 2007 NEC Baseball Championships will be held on May 24-26 at New Britain Stadium in New Britain, CT. The raindate is May 27.
Participating Schools
The championship will consist of a four-team, double-elimination tournament comprised of six or seven games over three days. The top four teams based on regular season conference winning percentage qualify for the NEC Tournament.

After five years at FirstEnergy Park in Lakewood, NJ, the 2007 Northeast Conference Baseball Championships will be held at New Britain Stadium in New Britain, CT.
New Britain Stadium, which opened on April 12, 1996, is the home of the New Britain Rock Cats, a class AA affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. The venue seats 6,146.
The Rock Cats, who are the Nutmeg State’s oldest continuously operating professional sports franchise, enjoy terrific fan support with an average of nearly 5,000 fans per game. Current and former Major Leaguers who have played for New Britain include Roger Clemens, Jeff Bagwell, Curt Schilling, David Ortiz, Joe Mauer, Torii Hunter, Justin Morneau, A.J. Pierzynski, Francisco Liriano, Mo Vaughn and Ellis Burks.
All guest amenities are situated along a wide concourse that overlooks the playing field at the top of the seating bowl.

From the West: Take 84 East to Exit 35 (Rt. 72E). Follow Rt. 72 to Rt. 9S. Take exit 25 (Ellis St.), turn left at light onto Ellis Street, then left at next light onto South Main Street. New Britain Stadium is approximately 1 mile on the right.
From the East: Take 84 West to Exit 39A (Rt. 9S). Take exit 25 (Ellis St.), turn left at light onto Ellis Street, then left at next light onto South Main Street. New Britain Stadium is approximately 1 mile on the right.
From the South: Take Rt. 91 North to Exit 22 (Rt. 9N). Follow Rt. 9N to Exit 24. Then take the first exit for Willowbrook Park / Rt. 71. New Britain Stadium will be right in front of you off the exit.

Tickets To NEC Baseball Championships
Tickets to the 2007 NEC Baseball Championships may be purchased exclusively at New Britain Stadium on the day of the event. Prices are $8 for adults and $5 for ages 5-12. NEC students with a college ID and those under five years of age will be admitted free of charge.
